Help with Orchid seedlings

I acquired some baby Cattalya orchids recently that I'm trying to help grow till adulthood, but I'm finding it more diffcult that I thought. I have followed the directions I've been given, but some of them look shriveled and are developing black and yellow leaves. I took some pictures:

I have these guys all in one pot because they were so small

This one seems to be doing the best

Should I remove that dead leaf on the right?

This one is also not doing too well.

Zoom in to read them. I will admit I have not been as persistent with the spraying in the morning and the evening, but I do try to spritz them once a day and I've been watering them with their special orchid food that he gave me. I've also got them in a spot in the room that only gets late evening sunlight, and they are shaded from direct rays by hanging blinds.

Can anyone help me out?
